What does it include?
Unlimited Bootcamp Sessions: Choose from our convenient locations at Henley Beach and North Adelaide. Sessions are held several times a week, early mornings and evenings, so you can easily fit them into your schedule.
Expert-Led Workouts: No matter your starting point, our team will tailor workouts to your fitness level. Expect a mixture of strength and cardio training using equipment like tires, ropes, and sandbags to keep things exciting.
Athletica T-Shirt: Feel like part of the team with your own Athletica t-shirt, included in this price. This is required to be worn at all sessions. See below to purchase additional t-shirts.

Yes we cater for all fitness levels. The name beginner refers to a beginner at Athletica. We will make sure your work out is tailored to your fitness level.

You can make up that session at another timeslot within a 4 week period.

We are group personal training. We get to know you as an individual and you're not just a number in our class. So if you compare our prices to personal training, it doesn't compare.

If you've been away for 6 months or more. Yes absolutely. If it has been less than 6 months contact us as we would love to have you back.
