Athletica ‘Bootcamp’ is a structured program designed to maximise your results fast!
Sessions increase in load and intensity over the month to ensure you are always being tested as you improve.
Accountantibility to keep you motivated and feeling supported. It is a tough program, however it is suitable for all fitness levels.

Sense of Inclusion
Regardless of a person's level of fitness, we always design our workouts to ensure everyone is included and can contribute towards team objectives. As a collective we all have the mentality to "leave no one behind". Every individual that joins our community are known by their name and they are celebrated by their efforts.
Wellbeing and mental resiliency
The benefits of exercising in a team environment allows us to build connections with others. This creates positive relationships and mate ship, as we constantly promote hard work and teamwork.
Physical Improvement
Sessions are safe, warms ups are thorough, as is the cool down and stretching at the conclusion of each session.
However, the workouts are tough and the accountability is high. The 4 week program is periodised to ensure the participants are not over trained.
Safety
Athletica's workouts and events are always planned with precision and take safety seriously. Our Bootcamp programs are always outdoors in the fresh air.
All Athletica team members are first aid certified and our lead instructors have AED's fitted to their vehicles in case of an emergency.
